Joy is the Executive Director of the NZ Game Developers Association! With an extensive background in IT, this entrepreneurial dynamo has a wealth of experience in running Not for Profits and Membership organisations.

Joy is a true jack-of-all-trades, with a background in technology and business that spans web development, hardware, networking, and infrastructure, along with management consulting. She's no stranger to building things from the ground up, having established a technology company in the late 90s that grew to become one of the biggest web hosting providers in NZ.

With such diverse experience, Joy has gained a unique perspective on the gaming industry that she uses to champion the needs of game developers in New Zealand.

Chelsea is the current Chairperson for the New Zealand Game Developers Association, the national industry body for games and interactive media. She is also a Producer at CerebralFix Ltd, a Christchurch-based game studio that creates mobile and digital location-based experiences for clients like Disney, Universal, DreamWorks, and Pixar.
